Before submitting your warranty claim, please make sure you meet the following qualifications:

• Warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacturer defect.

• Claiming your Warranty requires proof of purchase from a Pleasure Brands Corporation Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.

• All Pleasure Brands non-rechargeable or non-vibrating products qualify for a 90-Day Warranty.

• All Pleasure Brands rechargeable (plugin) products qualify for a 1-Year Warranty.

• Edible products are non-refundable.

We do not provide or sell replacement chargers at this time.
